About the position

The Associate Operations and Project Manager (f/m/d) will join our Berlin team supporting the Building Operating System (BOS) Customer Service and other business operations and projects.

• Acccount manager for residents as well as B2B partners 

• Processing customer requests and striving for a positive customer experience 

• Shaping and improving our customer centricic approach by developing and implementing respective processes & tools 

• Developing and implementing new business processes & tools 

• Supporting on product-related projects and facilitating the cross-functional collaboration

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget  

• Coordinating internal resources as well as external partners through detailed project plans to monitor progress and measure performance 

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation 

About you

• University degree or apprenticeship in appropriate field of study 

• Relevant internships 

• Full-time work experience is a plus, preferably in the field of operations, customer service / key account management or project management 

• Real estate, property management and / or start-up experience is a plus 

• Excellent (written and verbal) communication, paired with a customer-centric approach 

• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities 

• Fluency in English and German
