About the Role 

Our People Experience Team is looking for a Associate People Experience Manager (f/m/d) to support internal employee initiatives, programs, processes and communication that help everyone at GROPYUS to shape their own career. In this role you are a real collaborator in a fast-paced environment. Open communication, a positive and solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude are the key driving forces behind this role. 

Your Tasks 

• You will support the conceptualization, advancement and implementation of Talent and Rewards topics 

• You will support and drive smaller research topics and projects relating to e.g learning & development, performance reviews, feedback processes, and benefits 

• You will design and prepare internal communications, analyse various internal data (e.g., survey results) as well as prepare the results in PowerPoint 

• You will solve problems and get to the root cause of issues 

• You will maintain and further develop the GROPYUS intranet 

Your Profile 

• You have recently graduated or are about to finish your Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or similar fields of study. Background in Design is a plus. 

• You have already gained first work or internship experiences in a high-performance environment such as start-ups, consulting or in a people centric position 

• You have a structured way of working and logical thinking skills that enable you to develop pragmatic solutions while working independently 

• You possess a hands-on-mentality; handling multiple tasks and deadlines is no problem for you 

• You are a highly energetic, creative, self-motivated and results-driven person 

• Fluency in German and English complete your profile
