About the role 

GROPYUS has a unique opportunity for a high caliber BIM Coordinator to join our growing team, in a fast-paced dynamic working environment where you will oversee the development of our BIM standards, manage and coordinate information modelling processes during design and production stage. 

Your tasks include:  

• Manage and coordinate information modelling processes during design and production phase of the building 

• Undertake coordination and clash detection of digital information models issued by the Design Teams and communicate issues arising 

• Continuous development of internal BIM competence, standards, tools and methods 

• Monitor projects on digital platforms such as BIM360 

• Establish collaborative environment with all project stakeholders and ensure the right culture is fostered 

About you  

• Relevant degree and professional qualification. 

• Expert in Revit modelling software and in visual programming languages eg. Dynamo (knowledge of Python is beneficial, but not required) 

• Essential skills to verify graphical models and non graphical data and working experience in BIM federation tools and data analysis tools i.e. Navisworks Manage, PowerBI, BIM360 Design and Model Collaboration 

• Strong experience in managing and developing BIM Projects and Standard 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team 

• Expert in B360 common data environment
