We're looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant in Vienna or Berlin to work with our Executive Board (CEO, CTO, CAO and CFO). You team up with our other Executive Assistant to ensure our C-suite works efficiently.   

 

Your tasks include:  

  • Coordination and organizational work, including administrative tasks and e-mail organization  

  • Calendar management   

  • Meetings (external meetings, Executive and Supervisory Board meetings) preparation and follow-up  

  • Events research, analysis, and preparation of data, facts, and references for decision-making  

  • Creation of presentations and support with analyzes and market observation  

  • Business trips and company events planification, organization and calculation  

  • Support with correspondence and internal communication  

  • Maintaining contacts with customers and business partners  

 

Who you are:

  • You bring exceptional organizational, time-management and communication skills  

  • You're a multitasking talent and know how to prioritize your tasks   

  • You have a solution-oriented character and solve challenges end-to-end, thinking about each step leading to the problem resolution and anticipating the Board’s needs  

  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment   

  • You’re highly adaptable, very well organized and work independently  

  • Ideally, you have worked as a team assistant or bring similar experience and want to grow further into the position  

  • You bring professional working proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal
