About the Role

We are seeking a data-savvy product manager to focus on building parts, costs, and spatial information of architecturally designed projects. The role requires demonstrated success in defining and evolving data products from the ground up, while understanding how to connect it back to the bigger picture. The product you will build, although technical, must be useable and actionable. 

Your Tasks

• You will identify the cost potentials needed to price a given construction project and develop a methodology on how to predict it. 

• You will define the story of building materials to the smallest of parts and provide a user interface for data driven material learning. 

• You will work with other product verticals to ensure building parts creation and their continuity of reference is translated effectively in requirements for architectural, manufacturing and construction space. 

• You will explore relationships with external companies for integration potentials and data richness. 

Your Profile 

You are a Product Manager [4+ years product experience] who has experience with data products and predictive algorithms. You are passionate about understanding the smallest piece of data asking yourself where it came from and how. You are motivated to build-up piece by piece each data component into a fully ‘live’ standing building where people will live.  

• You have foresight on the changing market conditions that will influence the products you work on and how they evolve. 

• Your use of data gives you confidence in the face of your stakeholders and how to drive them behind your decision. 

• You rally together stakeholders from diverse roles, who are working with digital product development for the first time, behind the topics of building materials and spaces. 

• You use storytelling to define the journey of a bill-of-materials and leverage experts/specialists from the building industry to understand the rules in their application.
