About the Role 

We are seeking a technically minded product manager to focus on our complex data environment and associated systems for generating and consuming data. The role requires demonstrated success in evolving data-driven products from experimentation to scalable production. It also involves interpreting high-volume datasets, semantic/linked data and AI model development and ensuring such decisions have a supporting business case. Experience with Data Fabric is a bonus.

Your Tasks

• You will identify how to use the latest digital technologies to automate and scale Gropyus' building design and construction processes and manage your backlog accordingly.

• You will drive Gropyus into making data-driven decisions about product design — from physical location design through architectural components, building design and interior layout to the building and living automation.

• You will propose home and building automation solutions to maximise comfort, minimise downtime and optimise energy consumption.

• You will identify new data products that support or facilitate the business development of the product portfolio

• You will work with R&D to leverage innovations ideas as concepts for future data products.

About you

You are a Senior Product Manager [6+ years product experience] who has demonstrated learnings in environments that deploy data solutions including Machine Learning & AI. You are passionate about smart, sustainable living and connected environments and are looking to contribute towards sophisticated automation, predictive applications and smart building operations throughout our vertically integrated value chain of design, manufacturing and operations of our buildings.

• You look beyond customers and stakeholder requests for data and have foresight in the provision of solutions that go beyond the expectation.

• You have confidence being able to decide and advocate for a direction in the face of stakeholders with competing needs and priorities

• You are an excellent storyteller that translates abstract, complex scientific and technical topics and make them accessible yet accurate to stakeholders of varying levels of technical competency

• As innovation requires diversity of thought you actively build alliances that help you succeed

• You work collaboratively with the problems and needs from multiple disparate stakeholders, developing generalisable solutions that meet their needs
