Our GROPYUS People Team in Berlin are looking to welcome a motivated Working Student People Operations (m/w/d) to support our office operations and employees, aiding us in providing the best possible experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively assist in shaping the employee journey, from contract management and onboarding/offboarding to front office support, as well as handling employee personnel questions and requests
• Maintain personnel information data, keeping employee profiles up to date and keeping an eye on all employment documents
• Assist in people operations topics and our constant improvement of People processes and structures
• Occasionally support our office management team in managing the front desk at our beautiful, centrally located office in Schöneberg
• Participate in the operational organization of employee benefits, meetings and team office events (z.B. summer grill parties, end-of-year holiday party, uzw.)

Who you are

• Currently enrolled (BA or MA) as a student in the field of Business Administration, Psychology or similar fields - ideally with a focus on People Topics
• Initial experience in People/HR or administrative function
• Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2) and able to communicate in German (B1/B2)
• Positive attitude & a teamplayer who thrives in a people-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Thrive in a flexible role, able to adapt and support where needed within the team
