About the Role

The Quality Engineer will support the Quality Manager in Richen implementing the QM and QA System. He will be responsible to spot and collect issues in the production and implement the relevant corrective actions with other departments. He will make sure that all relevant actions are performed that our elements are within specification.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the Quality Manager in the implementation of the QA and QM system for our new plant to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction,
• Support with ISO certifications with external notification bodies
• Leading corrective and preventive actions with continuous improvement tools, e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Poka-Yoke, PDCA.
• Leading Kaizen projects,
• Creating and moderating of FMEAs, Control Plans, SOPs,
• Designing digital databases and the resulting SPCs.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the quality area in a production environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Experience in building and leading a team Knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, is a bonus
• Six Sigma or Lean Green/Black belt advantageous
