Ihre Aufgaben:

• Business Partnering – Ansprechpartner für operativen Fachabteilungen, Management und Buchhaltung für alle Controlling, FP&A und sonstigen Finanzagenden 

• Management Reporting auf Gruppen-, Gesellschafts- und Kostenstellenebene, Erstellung, Analyse, Interpretation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse 

• Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung eines operativen Projekt- und Produktionscontrollings; Monitoring interner Bau- und Investitionsprojekte 

• Analyse und Ermittlung von Kennzahlen zur Unternehmenssteuerung  

• Erstellung von Kostenvergleichs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen  

• Finanzplanung - Begleitung der Budget- und Forecastingprozesse und Soll-Ist-Vergleiche inklusive Abweichungsanalyse und Entwicklung von Maßnahmenplänen 

• Modellierung von Business Cases & Modellen sowie Investionsrechnungen  

• Liquidität - Erstellung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ergebnisanalysen sowie die Unterstützung des Liquiditätsmanagements  

• Weiterentwicklung von existierenden und Einführung von neuen SAP Modulen 

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen, Tools und Berichtswesen 

• Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für strategische und investitionsrelevante Maßnahmen 

• Verbesserung und Automatisierung von internen Prozessen 

Ihr Profil:   

• Strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise  

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling  

• Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen  

• Gute HGB und IFRS Kenntnisse  

• Expertise in SAP (4/HANA) Reporting und Prozesse 

• Power User in MS Office – Hauptfokus Excel 

• Fachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

What you'll be doing:

• Act as a business partner for Group Management, group functions and the site managers regarding all controlling, FP&A, finance and accounting topics 

• Cooperate closely with experts from other departments to evaluate production processes, sales and investments project with focus on financial feasibility and efficiency. 

• Create, analyze, interpret and present Management reports on group, site, project and cost center level 

• Analyze and determine key figures for corporate management  

• Prepare cost comparison and profitability calculations 

• Participate in all Financial planning processes (budget/forecasting) and create target/actual comparisons, including deviation analysis and development of action plans 

• Model new and modify existing business cases & investment calculations 

• Prepare turnover, sales and earnings analyses for liquidity management  

• Fine-tune existing and implement new SAP processes to ensure continuous improvements on the reporting quality 

• Support in the introduction of operational project and production controlling topics 

• Active participation in the improvement of processes, tools and reporting 
   

Who you are:

• Structured and process-oriented work ethic  

• Minimally 3 years of professional experience in controlling  

• In-depth experience in finance and controlling topics 

• Expertise in SAP (4/HANA) reporting and processes 

• Good HGB and IFRS knowledge  

• Power user in MS Office – mainly Excel 

• Professional working proficiency in German and English
