Supplier Quality Manager (f/m/d)

About the Role

As a supplier quality expert, you will implement and drive the supplier management for the whole Gropyus Group. You will audit, define, develop suppliers in close cooperation with Quality Management and Purchasing team.

Your Tasks

- You will implement and establish a supplier management process
- You will evaluate suppliers and define and perform Audit plans accordingly
- You control activities and escalations in case of deviations (e.g. 8D)
- You evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators
- You control a continuous improvement process by means of quality discussions and audits
- You use interdisciplinary cooperation with interface departments (e.g. purchasing, development, process planning, production, QM, QS)

About You

- 5 years experience in supplier quality management
- Communication skills
- Willingness to travel to our production sites and to suppliers
- Self organized working style
- Change and doer mindset
