About The Role

The position as Drafting Technician (m/f/d) is placed between the building system development and the handover to production and the construction site. You will play an active role in representing the element design and working with our tech team on automations along the process chain to achieve flexibility with the highest standardization.

Your tasks include:

• Work on 2D connection details of our construction system
• Support in the parameterization of our construction elements and the automation of various processes for the provision of production data (automatic drawing creation, creation of parts lists)
• Support in introducing new standards 
• Summarise the definition of our building system (Single Source of Truth)

About You

• You have a good knowledge about building systems (ideally experience in the timber construction) 
• Ideally, you bring practical experience within the construction industry
• Software knowledge: Autodesk AutoCAD 2D (Must), Autodesk Inventor / Solidworks (a Plus), Software-affinity, experience with parametric modelling (a Plus)
• You enjoy designing and improving processes in a simpler, faster, more sustainable and automated way
• You enjoy working with new topics and within a young, dynamic and motivated team, in a company with sustainable goals
• You bring a very good command of English and German, both written and verbal

What We Offer

• We offer an unlimited contract (All-in) and a gross monthly base salary starting from € 2.472,54 (equivalent to a total monthly gross amount of € 3.214,29) plus allowances depending on specific qualifications.
